Dr. Sayah serves as President & CEO of Sayah Engineering MENA and is responsible for the overall management of the company and expansion in the Middle East and North Africa. He has 25+ years of international business and engineering experience in the US and Middle East. A US citizen, he holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and a PhD from Pune University. He is a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Lebanese Order of Engineers and United Arab Emirates Society of Engineers. Passionate about giving back to the community, Dr. Sayah serves as President of the American Concrete Institute – UAE Chapter and American Society of Civil Engineers – UAE Chapter. He is also on the Board of the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), Abu Dhabi. Dr. Sayah is an advisor to ASCE Chapters at six universities: Al Ain University, Al Hosn University, American University of Dubai, American University of Sharjah, NDU Lebanon and University of Sharjah. He speaks English, Arabic and French.

Dr. Sabnis serves as Senior Technical Advisor to Sayah Engineering MENA specializing in green building and concrete construction. He is Professor Emeritus of Civil Engineering at Howard University in Washington DC, USA. Dr. Sabnis has 40+ years of teaching, industrial and research experience, including as President of his own construction management firm. He holds a PhD from Cornell University in New York, USA, a Master of Technology from ITT and Bachelor of Engineering from VJTI, in Mumbai, India. Dr. Sabnis has served as International Director for ASCE overseeing 25 countries. He is also a Fellow of ACI, IEI, ICI and ASCE. He speaks English and Hindi.

Ms. Fadlalla serves as Senior Architect and Project Manager. She has 20+ years of architecture and engineering design experience in the Middle East and Africa. In the UAE, she has designed over 50 commercial, residential and multi-use projects. Ms. Fadlalla holds a BS in Architecture Engineering from the University of Khartoum in Sudan. She speaks Arabic and English.

Mr. Al Jolaky serves as Senior Electrical Engineer. He has 10+ years of experience in the Middle East with a specialty in mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs for residential and commercial buildings. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Allepo University in Syria. He speaks Arabic and English.

Mr. George serves as Senior Architectural CAD Draftsman with 20+ years of experience in the Middle East and Asia. He has designed commercial and residential buildings in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India. Mr. George has a diploma from Kerala University in India. He speaks English, Hindi and Malayalam.

Mr. Boutros E. Sayah serves as a Mechanical Engineer. He has 2 years of experience in the Gulf terrain where he managed to gain his work experience from different companies. Mr. Boutros holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with Business Finance from University College London, UK as well as a master’s degree in advanced mechanical engineering from Imperial Collage London, UK. He speaks Arabic, English and French.

Mr. Arshak Ahmed serves as a MEP Engineer. He has years of experience in the Middle East with a specialty in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs for residential and commercial buildings. He also attends meetings with government departments, Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, (ADDC), and Civil Defense. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India. He speaks English, Hindi & Malayalam

Mr. Mufeed Abdulla serves as a MEP Engineer. He has 3 years of experience in the Middle East with a specialty in mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs for residential and commercial buildings. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India. He speaks English, Hindi & Malayalam

Ms. Stency Mariam Thomas serves as Civil Engineer. She has 2 years of experience and has been involved in the design and approval processes of buildings in the UAE. Ms. Stency holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Kerala University, India. She speaks Malayalam and English.

Mr. Jalal Ghaida serves as Civil Engineer. He has 1 year of experience in the gulf terrain. He is involved in design and approval processes of buildings in the UAE as well as site inspections and supervision. Mr. Ghaida holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rafik Hariri University – RHU, Lebanon. He is fluent in Arabic and English languages.

Mr. Jinu is the accountant of the SECB company. He has 8 years of experience in the UAE with SECB. Mr. Jinu holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He speaks English and Hindi languages.
